The Olympic Peninsula of Washington State is a place of enchantment and wonder for me. So many trails and locations that provide opportunities for stillness in a digital age full of bustle and stress. 

 I am a firm believer one must find and create sacred spaces in our busy and chaotic worlds. In these spaces, we can find connection, even if only to our own breath and consciousness. The sacred can be found in the most unassuming places. In fact, I believe the sacred exists everywhere.
